As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading day‑to‑day warehouse operations within your assigned function — whether inbound, stock control, fulfillment, or outbound. This role requires strong operational discipline, people leadership, and the ability to ensure that all warehouse activities comply with SOPs, quality standards, and service level agreements (SLAs). You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and on‑time order fulfillment.

Your leadership will help ensure that warehouse operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently — supporting Blibli’s commitment to operational excellence as we continue growth and transform together.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and monitor daily warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, putaway, stock control, fulfillment, or outbound processes, based on assigned scope.
• Review and validate daily operational reports, including product receipt reports from suppliers and courier partners.
• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with established SOPs, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Ensure products received are in good condition, meet expiration standards, and are complete according to PO or ASN requirements; reject non‑compliant goods in line with SOPs.
• Oversee GRN (Goods Received Note) creation and ensure all inbound documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Ensure products are properly labeled, sealed, and stored according to storage and handling standards.
• Coordinate closely with Fulfillment teams to prioritize urgent orders, pre‑orders, or acceleration of Status 3 inventory.
• Investigate stock discrepancies or operational incidents, prepare reports or minutes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead, coach, and manage warehouse teams to ensure productivity, discipline, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain smooth end‑to‑end warehouse execution.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role, with experience managing a large operational team.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes including inbound, storage, stock control, fulfillment, or outbound operations.
• Familiarity with GMP, GDP, ISO, 5R, and continuous improvement practices such as Kaizen.
• Hands‑on experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Confident and proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site and be placed at All Blibli’s Warehouse Location.
