Job summary

Hangry is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations, assign teams, set priorities, and ensure flawless execution in our Jakarta warehouse.

You will optimize space, monitor KPIs, manage inventory accuracy with cycle counts and aging reviews, and ensure WMS reflects real activity while meeting food safety standards.

Collaborate with 3PL partners, drive continuous improvement, and align with IT for system improvements and smoother logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations in fast-paced environments.
• Experience managing warehouse teams and/or 3PL partners.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse processes, and WMS.
• Understanding of warehouse quality, food safety, and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Ownership, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations and team assignments.
• Optimize space and workflow efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and 3PL service performance.
• Manage inventory accuracy with cycle counts and aging reviews.
• Ensure WMS reflects physical inventory and operations.
