Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Manager to lead the warehouse teams and optimize daily operations. You will manage planning, inbound receiving, warehousing, and outbound processes, ensuring accurate sales order processing and timely replenishment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in warehouse management, 3+ years in a managerial role within beauty, wellness, or FMCG, and strong skills in SAP, ERP, and WMS. Excellent English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management or related field.
• At least 5 years in warehouse management with 3 years in a managerial role in beauty wellness or FMCG.
• Proficient in SAP accounting system, ERP, WMS and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
• Proven leadership, supervision and people management skills.
• Strong planning, analytical and communication abilities.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse teams to achieve company objectives.

Job description

Responsible for leading the Warehouse teams to achieve the objectives of the Company.

Responsible for the effectiveness and efficiency day to day management of the warehouse operation.

Responsible for managing and overseeing the entire warehouse operations flow from planning, ordering, inbound receiving, warehousing, through to sales order processing and delivery.

To ensure timely and accurate sales order processing to external customers and product replenishment to consignment counters.

To implement and maintain an effective system of internal controls and SOPs for the Warehouse functions.

Responsible for working with the RA team to ensure that the products are registered with the BPOM and all over label required for the products are ready in time.

Manage any returns from customers and consignment counters.

To be main contact person for HQ for any warehousing arrangements.

Oversee the Warehouse function to ensure that the inbound and outbound activities are completed within the agreed KPIs.

Monitor and coach the performance of warehouse employees in relations to their work performance.

Safeguard warehouse operation by establishing and enforcing and monitoring warehouse EHS and security procedures.

Control inventory by conducting physical stock count regularly and reporting to HQ.

Work closely with respective business units to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Logistic/Transportation, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Business Studies or related discipline.

At least 5 year(s) of working experience in warehouse management, of which 3 years in managerial role in beauty wellness or FMCG industry.

Proficient in SAP accounting system, ERP system, WMS and Microsoft office system will be an added advantage.

Candidate must possess proven leadership quality, good supervision skills, able to lead and manage a team effectively.

Good planning ability and analytical skills.

Able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.

Good command of both spoken and written English.
