Qualifications

• Mandarin speaker is a must.
• Good understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management, and material handling.
• Familiar with WMS and/or ERP systems.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
• Willing to work in Kendal, Central Java.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, and issuing materials.
• Ensure warehouse transactions and inventory records are accurate and properly maintained.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct regular physical inventory checks.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and other departments regarding material requirements and warehouse activities.
• Ensure proper handling, labeling, storage, and organization of materials.
• Maintain warehouse documents, reports, and system transactions.
• Support the implementation and improvement of WMS/ERP warehouse processes.
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with company procedures, safety requirements, and 6S standards.
• Identify inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by management.
