Job summary

Shopee Internasional Indonesia is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to enforce Safety and 5S in the warehouse, monitor daily operations, and optimize manpower for productivity. You will manage inbound/outbound flows and inventory control, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 1 year in logistics or fulfillment, with strong data tracking, MS Office, and WMS experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification of Senior High School, Vocational High School (SMA/SMK), or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a related logistics role or fulfillment industry preferred.
• Proficient with data tracking and reporting tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience operating a Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce Safety and 5S practices throughout the warehouse area.
• Monitor daily warehouse operations to maintain workflow efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage manpower allocation dynamically to optimize team productivity and throughput.
• Oversee inbound, outbound, and inventory control processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and escalate critical issues as needed.
