Job summary

Shopee is seeking a Warehouse Associate to implement strict Safety and 5S practices across the facility and monitor daily operations for efficiency and accuracy. The role emphasizes dynamic manpower allocation to maximize productivity, oversight of inbound, outbound, and inventory control, and maintaining system accuracy using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

You will promptly address operational issues, escalate bottlenecks, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep fulfillment

Qualifications

Minimum education: Senior High School / SMK or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in logistics or fulfillment.
Experience with data tracking and reporting using MS Office and Google Workspace.
Strong experience in managing workflows within a digital Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Responsibilities

Implement and enforce Safety and 5S in the warehouse.
Monitor daily warehouse operations for efficiency and accuracy.
Manage manpower allocation to optimize productivity and throughput.
Oversee inbound, outbound, and inventory control processes.
Maintain system accuracy and WMS-driven warehouse flows.
Resolve immediate operational issues and bottlenecks promptly.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and escalate critical issues to the Supervisor.
