Job summary

PT Eastlync Technology Indonesia is seeking a Warehouse Staff in Jakarta, North Jakarta. This full-time role oversees end-to-end warehouse operations from receiving to shipping, ensuring productivity and safety.

You will lead daily activities, supervise staff, maintain SOPs, optimize space, enforce health and safety protocols, and coordinate with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Warehouse Leader or in a similar role within 3PL, transportation, or logistics.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse management (Inbound, Outbound, and Stock Control).
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and direct a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and optimize shift scheduling.
• Critical Analysis: Capability to evaluate operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and analyze data to support process improvements.
• Problem Solving: Excellent real-time problem-solving skills to resolve operational challenges and ground-level issues effectively.
• Software & Systems Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel for inventory/logistical data and reporting) and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Lead daily activities including inbound, put-away, picking, packing, and outbound dispatch to meet SLAs.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor staff, manage shifts and enforce SOPs.
• Process Improvement: Monitor efficiency and optimize space and processes.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety protocols (K3) and maintain a clean, secure environment.
• Facility Coordination: Be the point of contact for ground-level issues, ensure equipment is maintained and resources allocated.
