Job summary

Sumber Berkat Group is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead the Depok warehouse in West Java. The role centers on supervising staff and managing receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

You will implement safe, organized workflows, train new staff, monitor productivity, and strive for operational excellence within the facility. A strong leadership background and experience with WMS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in warehouse operations, with supervisory exposure.
• Experience with receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes.

Requirements
