Job summary

PT Duma Kreasi Indonesia in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee inbound and outbound logistics, ensure accurate picking, packing and shipping, and maintain stock integrity across fast-moving SKUs.

You will manage a team, set daily targets, enforce SOPs, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to improve fulfillment during campaigns and peak periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in operations / warehouse / fulfillment (preferably in fashion or e-commerce).
• Experience managing teams (min. 5–10 people).
• Familiar with WMS systems & inventory management.
• Experience handling high SKU & fast-moving items is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders are packed and shipped accurately and on time.
• Monitor SLA for dispatch and delivery performance.
• Escalate delayed, failed, or problematic orders as needed.
• Coordinate with Customer Service on returns, exchanges and complaints.
• Supervise inbound (receiving, QC) and outbound (picking, packing, shipping).
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock opname, cycle counts, and adjustments.
• Lead and develop warehouse team; set daily/weekly targets and monitor productivity.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and drive process improvements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
