Job summary

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong WMS and Excel reporting skills to deliver accurate performance data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience in warehouse/logistics.
• Solid knowledge of inbound, outbound and inventory flows.
• Experience meeting KPIs and SLAs.
• Proficient in WMS and reporting with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain safe, clean, and organized warehouse areas.
• Manage daily warehouse operations to achieve targets and efficiency.
• Oversee inbound, outbound, and inventory processes end-to-end.
• Control activities against established KPI and SLA targets.
• Plan manpower allocation and supervise operation teams.
• Develop team performance and competencies.
• Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth processes.
• Ensure accuracy in warehouse processes and admin tasks.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity.
