Job summary

PT Multipolar Technology is seeking a Warehouse and Stock Control Supervisor to oversee inbound and outbound goods, inventory accuracy, and warehouse operations in Indonesia. You will lead a team, optimize stock control processes, and coordinate with delivery operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years in stock control or logistics, with strong Excel skills and leadership capabilities to perform under operational pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major is required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in stock control, warehouse, or logistics/delivery operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, and stock opname procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory reporting and analysis.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and coordination skills with high attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

• Oversee inbound and outbound goods movement, supplier receiving, and inventory transactions to ensure accuracy, timely processing, and compliance with established procedures.
• Manage warehouse operations, including storage, security, warehouse layout, space utilization, and asset protection.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through stock opname, aging analysis, and fast- and slow-moving stock reports to minimize excess, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory.
• Manage delivery operations, including transportation vendor selection, delivery cost efficiency, and insurance claims for goods damaged or lost in transit.
• Control operational expenses and ensure Stock & Delivery activities comply with budget, safety, health, and security standards.
• Develop and improve stock control, warehouse, and delivery policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Lead the Stock & Delivery team through manpower planning, performance management, and employee development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in stock control, warehouse, or logistics/delivery operations, preferably in a supervisory or section head role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, and stock opname procedures.
