Job summary

PT. KOPI BINTANG INDONESIA is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor (English Speaker) to oversee Central Warehouse operations across Indonesia. You will plan delivery schedules, coordinate with logistics vendors, and ensure timely replenishments to stores and branches.

The role requires 3–5 years of warehouse and logistics experience, proficiency with WMS/ERP, and strong English communication. Willingness to travel across Indonesia is essential to support multiple locations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise Central Warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, inventory, stock control, SLA & KPI.
• Plan delivery schedules from Central Warehouse to branches and stores.
• Coordinate delivery priorities, schedules, vehicle availability and capacity with vendors and internal teams.
• Monitor delivery execution and resolve issues impacting replenishment.
• Coordinate with Operation, Finance, Purchasing, Procurement, SCM and other departments for end-to-end operations.
• Support operations across Indonesia (Medan, Palembang, Tangerang, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Bali, Makassar, Samarinda, Banjarmasin).
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for process improvement, cost efficiency, productivity, and SLA improvement.

WAREHOUSE & LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR - ENGLISH SPEAKER

Job Descriptions:

• Supervise and manage Central Warehouse operations, covering:
  • Inbound
  • Outbound
  • Inventory Management
  • Stock Accuracy
  • Warehouse SLA & KPI
  • Warehouse productivity and efficiency
• Plan and arrange delivery schedules from Central Warehouse to branch warehouses/hubs and directly to stores, ensuring the right products are delivered on time and according to operational requirements.
• Coordinate delivery priorities, shipment schedules, vehicle availability, capacity, and delivery requirements with logistics vendors and internal Operation teams.
• Monitor delivery execution and proactively resolve issues that may impact warehouse or store replenishment.
• Coordinate closely with Operation, Finance, Purchasing, Procurement, Sales, SCM, and other departments to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.
• Support and coordinate warehouse operations across Indonesia, including Medan, Palembang, Tangerang, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Bali, Makassar, Samarinda, and Banjarmasin.
• Monitor warehouse and distribution performance and identify opportunities for process improvement, cost efficiency, productivity, and SLA improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Warehouse & Logistics operations.
• Experience managing or supporting multiple warehouse locations is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Stock Control, Distribution Planning, Warehouse KPI & SLA.
• Experience working with WMS and ERP systems.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with Operation, Finance, Purchasing, Procurement, SCM, and other cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to negotiate with logistics vendors, 3PL providers, and other business partners.
• Willing to travel to warehouse locations across Indonesia
