Job summary

PT. KOPI BINTANG INDONESIA (TOMORO COFFEE) is seeking a Quality Control professional in Bandung to lead store QC inspections, audits, and reporting for our growing Tomoro Coffee stores. You will ensure hygiene, SOP compliance, and product quality across offline and online channels.

The role requires 1+ year in QC/QA and familiarity with food safety standards, with a preference for F&B/retail or coffee industry experience. Proficiency in Excel is essential for reporting and traceability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Store Audit, F&B Operations, or related roles.
• Experience in F&B, retail, coffee shop, or food service is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, SOP, and quality control standards.
• Ability to prepare clear and accurate reports using Excel/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Check and conduct regular store quality inspections (offline/online/CCTV) covering cleanliness, machine condition, freshness, expiry, grooming, service readiness, and SOPs.
• Execute scheduled QC visits and quality audits across stores to meet coverage targets and identify risks early.
• Collect QC findings, photos, videos, and evidence related to quality, hygiene, calibration, waste, and complaints.
• Record all inspection results and evidence in designated QC forms for traceability and audit readiness.
• Report daily, weekly, and monthly QC findings with recommendations to Area Management and HQ teams.
• Follow up on QC findings with Store Leaders and teams to ensure corrective actions are closed.
• Support store teams through coaching on SOPs, quality standards, and corrective actions.

• Minimum education D3/S1
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Store Audit, F&B Operations, or related roles
• Experience in the F&B, retail, coffee shop, or food service industry is highly preferred
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, SOP, and quality control standards
• Able to prepare clear and accurate reports using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets

Responsibilities

• - Check & Conduct regular store quality inspections (offline, online, and CCTV where applicable) covering bar cleanliness, machine condition, raw material freshness, product expiry, grooming, service readiness, and SOP compliance.
• - Execute scheduled QC visits (daily, weekly, monthly) and quality audits across assigned stores to ensure coverage targets are met and quality risks are identified early.
• - Collect QC findings, photos, videos, and supporting evidence related to product quality, hygiene, machine calibration, waste, customer complaints, and operational deviations.
• - Record all QC inspection results and evidence accurately into the designated QC forms or systems to ensure traceability, comparability, and audit readiness.
• - Report and submit daily, weekly, and monthly QC reports, including key findings, recurring issues, risk areas, and improvement recommendations to Area Management and related HQ teams.
• - Follow Up on QC findings with Store Leaders, Area Managers, technicians, and related teams to ensure corrective actions are implemented and issues are properly closed.
• - Support store teams through coaching and clarification on SOP, quality standards, and corrective actions to prevent recurring quality and compliance issues.
