Job summary

Kartika Sari Group is seeking a Warehouse & Logistic Supervisor for our operation in Cicurug, Sukabumi, West Java. The role focuses on supervising daily warehouse activities, securing accurate inventory, and driving efficient logistics processes to support customer service.

The candidate will lead a team, implement SOPs, and coordinate with transport to ensure timely shipments while maintaining safety and quality standards. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in warehousing and logistics in food manufacturing / FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of managing warehouse teams and achieving operational targets.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control processes.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying process improvements.
• Understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and warehouse management software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor warehouse operations to optimise productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and facilities in good working condition.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and logistics activities.
• Identify and resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.
