Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Logistics Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within warehousing or distribution environments.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and logistics operations.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure efficient daily operations and adherence to operational schedules
• Monitor the trucking warehouse to warehouse
• Manage the supply chain from import until received by customers
• Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods to maintain accurate stock levels
• Monitor and optimise warehouse space utilisation and implement systematic storage solutions
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse facility
• Manage and coordinate logistics activities including loading, unloading, and transportation of goods
• Maintain detailed records of warehouse operations, including inventory logs and staff performance metrics
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement corrective actions to improve productivity
• Summarise the received of goods each customers per PO
• Summarise and daily updates of the arrival mport goods

About the role

We are seeking a Supervisor Logistic to join PT Sumber Alam Cipta Makmur Abadi. This is a full-time position based in West Jakarta, Jakarta. As Supervisor Logistic, you will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring efficient warehouse management, and maintaining the highest standards of distribution services. This position is integral to our supply chain operations and directly impacts our ability to deliver quality service to our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Physical capability to perform warehouse duties when required
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain operations are advantageous
