Job summary

PT. Sinocare Healthcare Indonesia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and inventory operations in Indonesia. You will monitor stock movements, ensure accuracy between physical and system records, and conduct regular stock takes.

The role involves ERP transactions in Oracle and coordinating shipments with sales and other departments. This position requires 3+ years in warehousing or logistics, a Bachelor's degree, and strong leadership and communication skills to drive

• 3+ years in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations.
• Experience with inventory control and stock opname.
• Familiar with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming and outgoing stock movements.
• Maintain stock accuracy between physical and system records.
• Conduct stock opname and routine inventory checks.
• Input sales orders and inventory transactions into Oracle system.
• Handle stock in/out processes for goods, sales, samples, and online orders.
• Monitor damaged, expired, returned, and slow-moving products.
• Coordinate deliveries with sales teams and related departments.
• Supervise warehouse staff and daily warehouse activities.
• Prepare inventory and operational reports for management.
• Support warehouse operations including container unloading when needed.

Requirements

Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure

Willing to support operational activities when required
