PT BND Technology Indonesia seeks a hands-on Warehouse Operations Manager to lead day-to-day activities in Tangerang, from receiving to outbound shipping, ensuring traceability and stock accuracy. You will oversee cycle counts, stock monitoring, and safe, organized storage while driving process improvements.

Join as an early core member with potential growth toward a Warehouse Supervisor as the business expands; strong Excel skills and a valid Indonesian driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Full working rights for Indonesia, based in or willing to relocate to Tangerang.
• 1+ year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.
• Familiar with basic warehouse processes (receiving, storage, issuing, cycle counting, FIFO, etc.).
• Must hold a valid Indonesian driver's license (SIM A or B); ability to drive a van/pickup truck is preferred.
• High school/SMK or higher; Logistics Management majors are a plus.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables are a plus).
• Native in Bahasa Indonesia; basic working proficiency in English or Chinese is sufficient.
• Physically fit for occasional manual handling; detail-oriented, honest, and responsible.

• Inspect incoming goods (verify model, quantity, condition) against packing lists and purchase orders
• Process inbound registration, arrange racking, and ensure clear labeling and proper placement
• Coordinate with customs brokers or logistics providers to track inbound shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory records; conduct regular cycle counts to ensure system vs. physical consistency
• Monitor stock levels; raise alerts on shortages or slow-moving items
• Manage minimum safety stock for parts/consumables and propose replenishment
• Pick, pack, and load according to sales or engineering requests
• Coordinate deliveries to ensure on-time dispatch to customers or installation teams
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and secure (fire prevention, moisture control, etc.)
• Maintain inventory spreadsheets in Excel proficiently; ERP/WMS experience is a plus

You will be fully responsible for the day-to-day operations of our warehouse in Tangerang — from receiving and put-away to inventory control and outbound shipping. Every unit of equipment and spare part must be traceable, in stock when needed, and never over-accumulated. you need to be both a manager and a hands-on operator.

Our warehouse mainly stores air compressors, dryers, and some spare parts. In general, they are relatively easy to manage.

Key responsibilities
