Job summary

EVERTRADE SOLUTION INDONESIA is seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to manage inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound activities in our Tangerang site. You will assure inventory accuracy and perform stock opname, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet SOPs and delivery schedules.

Fluent Mandarin communication with management and warehouse staff is essential. Strong Excel skills and a Bachelor’s degree in related fields are preferred, with on-site work in Jatiuwung,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, SCM, Business, or related fields preferred.
• Relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations is a plus.
• Experience working in a warehouse/site environment is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• English proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily warehouse operations including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound processes.
• Ensure inventory accuracy between physical stock and system records and assist with stock opname.
• Monitor movement of goods to ensure SOPs and delivery schedules are followed.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, Logistics, Import, and Sales teams.
• Facilitate Mandarin-Indonesian communication between management and warehouse teams.
• Translate verbal and written information, instructions, and documents as required.
• Prepare and monitor warehouse operating reports and follow up on issues.
• Identify operational problems and coordinate with relevant teams for timely solutions.
• Ensure warehouse is organized, safe, clean, and operated per company standards.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Monitor the movement of incoming and outgoing goods to ensure compliance with SOPs and delivery schedules.

Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, Logistics, Import, and Sales teams regarding operational requirements.

Facilitate Mandarin-Indonesian communication between management and warehouse teams.

Translate verbal and written information, instructions, and documents when required.

Prepare and monitor warehouse operational reports and follow up on issues encountered in daily operations.

Identify operational problems and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely solutions.

Ensure the warehouse is organized, safe, clean, and operated according to company standards.

Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) and able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking management and teams.

Strong Mandarin communication skills are the main requirement for this position.

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major; Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields are preferred.

Relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations is a plus.

Experience working in a warehouse/site environment is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

English proficiency is a plus.

Willing to work on-site in Jatiuwung, Tangerang.
