Job summary

PT TLG Electric Motorcycle Indonesia is seeking a responsible Warehouse Coordinator to supervise daily finished goods warehouse operations at our Balaraja location. You will coordinate receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch activities, ensuring accurate records and organized stock.

You will work closely with the Warehouse Admin to keep goods movements aligned with inventory records, perform stock checks, and coordinate with production, QC, and logistics teams on schedules.

Qualifications

• Senior High School or equivalent education is required.
• Experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, or logistics preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily finished goods warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
• Ensure finished goods storage and organization for efficient warehouse operations.
• Monitor inbound and outbound goods for correct quantity, type, and condition.
• Lead warehouse staff and assign daily tasks based on needs.
• Ensure goods handling and storage follow company procedures and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Admin to keep records aligned with physical movements.
• Assist with stock checks and stock opname activities.
• Coordinate with production, quality control, and logistics on receiving and delivery schedules.
• Prepare operational updates and report warehouse issues to supervisors.

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Warehouse Coordinator to coordinate daily finished goods warehouse operations. This role will focus on supervising warehouse activities, coordinating the movement of goods, maintaining warehouse organization, and ensuring that operational activities run smoothly. The Warehouse Coordinator will work closely with the Warehouse Admin to ensure that physical goods movement matches inventory records and warehouse documents.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate daily finished goods warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.

Coordinate the arrangement and storage of finished products to ensure the warehouse remains organized and efficient.

Monitor incoming and outgoing goods to ensure the correct quantity, product type, and condition.

Coordinate warehouse operational staff and distribute daily tasks based on operational needs.

Ensure goods are handled, stored, and moved according to company procedures and safety standards.

Work closely with the Warehouse Admin to ensure all goods movements are properly recorded.

Assist with physical stock checks and stock opname activities.

Coordinate with production, quality control, and logistics teams regarding finished goods receiving and delivery schedules.

Prepare operational updates and report warehouse issues to the supervisor or management.

Ensure that finished goods are properly prepared before being released for delivery.

About you

Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

Previous experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, logistics, or a related field is preferred.

Able to use Microsoft Excel and other basic office applications.

Willing to work at our warehouse in Balaraja, Tangerang.
