Job summary

PT Joyfull Technology Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to support warehouse operations in Indonesia. The candidate will focus on inventory management, warehouse administration, and coordinating goods inflow and outflow.

Key tasks include stock management, document control, delivery letters, and data entry with stock reconciliation using spreadsheets. ERP knowledge and Excel/Sheets skills are preferred; hazardous goods handling is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse administration or warehouse logistics.
• Understanding of ERP or Inventory Management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
• Able to work towards targets individually or as part of a team.
• Experience handling hazardous goods is a plus.

The candidate will be responsible for inventory management, warehouse administration, and coordination of goods inflow and outflow processes.

About you

• Minimum understanding of ERP or Inventory Management systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Table functions
• Able to control document revisions, create delivery letters, and compile periodic stock reports
• Experience handling hazardous goods is a plus
• Able to work towards targets individually or as part of a team
