Job summary

SF Indonesia seeks a Mandarin-speaking Warehouse Operations Assistant Manager to support daily warehouse operations and the setup of a new facility. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders for smooth, compliant operations in a fast-growing To-C / e-commerce environment.

Responsibilities include managing order processing, inventory control, fulfillment, and coordinating with Operations, Customer Service, and HQ teams.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Indonesian and Mandarin communication for cross-department collaboration.
• Experience in warehouse operations or warehouse management.
• Experience in To-C / e-commerce environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Bekasi Regency, West Java and work Saturdays if needed.

• Ensure warehouse operations comply with internal standards and local regulations.

Requirements

• Language: Proficient in Indonesian and Mandarin, able to communicate fluently in business and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Experience: Proven experience in warehouse operations or warehouse management, preferably in a To-C / e-commerce environment.
• Operational Skills: Familiar with order processing, inventory control, and fulfillment processes.
• Competencies: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment and support both daily operations and new warehouse setup.
• Location: Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Bekasi Regency, West Java.
• Working Days: Willing to work until Saturday if needed
