• Ensure all warehouse operational documents are properly maintained, organized, and archived.
• Consolidate and analyze quality control findings across warehouse operations and prepare improvement recommendations.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, including Chinese-speaking teams, regarding warehouse operations and quality control matters.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any major.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably with at least 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or quality control.
• Fluent in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written. English proficiency is a plus. (MUST HAVE)
• Experience in warehouse operations and using ERP or WMS systems.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, quality management, and operational SOPs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate with both local and Chinese-speaking teams.
• Willing to be placed at Cakung Warehouse.
