Job summary

PT Ksterminals Technology Indonesia is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations & General Affairs Manager for our Cikarang facility. You will oversee warehouse operations, HR & GA, and liaise with Jakarta HQ to ensure smooth regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years in related fields, strong Indonesian labor law knowledge, and Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred. Based in Cikarang, you will work full-time with occasional coordination with the central office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Warehouse Management, HR & GA, or Logistics Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and Customs/Import procedures.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; Mandarin proficiency highly preferred; English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse facility operations, administrative tasks, and asset management.
• Handle end-to-end local HR matters, worker contracts, and labor-law compliance.
• Coordinate with logistics agencies/customs officers to ensure smooth import/export clearance.
• Act as a communication bridge between the Cikarang warehouse team and Central Jakarta management.
