The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in warehouse operations (2+ in a supervisory role), strong knowledge of WMS and inventory software, and proven leadership with safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff across receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records with audits and reconciliation.
• Maintain warehouse safety protocols to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Optimize layout, storage and processes to maximise efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics for timely order fulfilment.
• Train, mentor and schedule personnel to ensure adequate staffing and skill development.
• Maintain equipment and facilities; coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Prepare warehouse reports and performance metrics; identify improvement opportunities.
• Liaise with other departments for effective communication of warehouse activities.
• Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures with the Warehouse Manager.

About the role

INCCN Trading Indonesia is seeking an Assistant Manager - Warehouse Operation to join our dynamic team in Pasar Kemis, Banten. This is a full-time position that offers a significant opportunity to make an impact on our warehousing and distribution operations. As Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient, safe and cost-effective management of our warehouse facilities. You will support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, optimising workflows and leading a team to achieve operational excellence. This position is integral to our supply chain success and offers the opportunity to develop your leadership and operational management capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping operations
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records through regular audits and system reconciliation
• Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and best practices to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Optimise warehouse layout, storage systems and operational processes to maximise efficiency and minimise costs

What we're looking for

• Proven experience of 3-5 years in warehouse operations, E-commerce, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant management capacity
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
• Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in training, supervising and motivating teams
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to warehouse operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across departments
• Problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to identifying operational improvements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Fluency in Indonesian and English language skills are advantageous
