Warehouse Operations & GA Manager (Mandarin Speaker) - Cikarang

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations & General Affairs Manager to oversee our warehouse facility in Cikarang. This role will report directly to the Head Office in Central Jakarta and will be responsible for managing HR, office administration, procurement, local labor compliance, and customs/import operations.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & General Affairs Management

Oversee daily warehouse facility operations, administrative tasks, and asset management.

HR & Labor Relations

Handle end-to-end local HR matters, worker contracts, and maintain compliance with Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan / Omnibus Law).

Source, negotiate, and manage local suppliers for operational needs and warehouse equipment.

Customs & Compliance

Coordinate with logistics agencies/customs officers (Bea Cukai) to ensure smooth import/export clearance and regulatory compliance.

HQ Coordination

Act as a communication bridge between the Cikarang warehouse team and the Central Jakarta management.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Warehouse Management, HR & GA, or Logistics Operations.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and Customs/Import Procedures (Bea Cukai).

Language Proficiency: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; Professional/Conversational proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) is highly preferred. Good command of English is a plus.

Proven leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Willing to be stationed full-time in Cikarang, West Java.
