Job summary

PT. Wakaka Group Indonesia is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join our Medan team. You will record all inventory movements, maintain documentation, and coordinate with the operations team to ensure stock accuracy and timely reports.

The role requires a SMA/SMK diploma, at least 2 years of warehouse experience in the F&B/restaurant sector, and strong Excel skills. You will work both independently and as part of a team, upholding our SOPs across all warehouse activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience as a Warehouse Administrator, preferably in F&B/restaurant.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, honest, disciplined and well-organized.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Record all incoming and outgoing inventory accurately.
• Ensure physical stock matches inventory records.
• Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports.
• Maintain and organize warehouse documentation.
• Coordinate with operations on inventory requirements.
• Ensure all warehouse administrative activities comply with SOPs.
