Job summary

EGA Garment is seeking a Warehouse Admin to support inventory control and document management in our Tangerang facility. The role focuses on recording stock movements, maintaining ERP data, and ensuring data accuracy for audits.

You will handle delivery notes, GRNs, and related paperwork, align with cross-functional teams, and uphold warehouse administration standards including 5S. Strong Excel and ERP skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse administration or similar roles in manufacturing or garment industry.
• Familiarity with warehouse administration processes and FIFO/FEFO principles.
• Strong Excel skills including lookup, pivot tables, and basic formulas.

Responsibilities

• Record inventory movements and manage warehouse documents to ensure accuracy.
• Input incoming/outgoing goods data into the ERP system based on verified documents.
• Prepare and archive documents such as Delivery Notes, Delivery Orders, GRNs, and POs.
• Check completeness of goods receipt documents before submission to Warehouse Supervisor.
• Maintain physical and digital archives for easy traceability and audits.
• Produce daily and periodic stock movement reports for Warehouse Supervisor and PPIC Manager.
• Coordinate with Finance, Purchasing, Merchandising, and other departments on inventory data.
