The role involves maintaining inventory records, coordinating logistics, and supporting daily warehouse operations to ensure timely delivery to customers and partners. The ideal candidate has warehouse/logistics experience, strong organisational skills, and proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Indonesian; English preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a warehouse/logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate warehouse inventory records and documentation.
• Coordinate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods per procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and prepare inventory reports for management.
• Ensure proper labelling and organisation of stored items.
