Job summary

PT Ega Wayang Garmindo is seeking an ICQA Staff to perform daily inventory control and quality assurance within our Tangerang Fulfillment Center. You will verify stock data in WMS/ERP and conduct cycle counts to ensure accuracy.

The role requires a degree in a related field, 1–2 years of ICQA experience, and basic English. You will report to the ICQA Manager and collaborate with warehouse operations to uphold product quality and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in related fields as stated.
• 1–2 years ICQA/stock experience in fulfillment/e-commerce.
• Knowledge of FIFO, cycle counting, stock opname, and inventory accuracy.
• Familiar with WMS/ERP modules such as Odoo or SAP.
• Basic English proficiency (reading/writing).

Responsibilities

• Execute daily inventory control and QA activities in the Fulfillment Center.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and stock opname to verify data against WMS/ERP.
• Identify variances between physical counts and system records and report findings to ICQA Manager.
• Perform physical quality assessments on returned goods and classify as sellable/rework/unsellable.
• Monitor storage conditions and warehouse environment to prevent stock damage.
• Assist in periodic spot audits of inbound/outbound processes to catch errors.
• Compile daily/weekly reports on inventory accuracy and QA checks for ICQA Manager.
• Flag undocumented inventory adjustments and escalate to supervisor.

WE ARE HIRING: INVENTORY CONTROL & QUALITY ASSURANCE (ICQA) STAFF

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Statistics, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as ICQA Staff, Inventory Checker, Stock Auditor, or a similar role in a fulfillment center, modern retail, or e-commerce environment
• Hands-on understanding of inventory control concepts such as FIFO, cycle counting, stock opname, and inventory accuracy
• Familiar with operating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP inventory modules (e.g., Odoo, SAP)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, and basic formulas) for data processing and inventory variance tracking
• Basic knowledge of occupational safety standards (K3), 5S principles, and good warehouse practices
• High attention to detail, objective, high integrity, and able to work systematically based on data
• Basic English proficiency, both written and spoken, to understand technical documentation and system instructions

• Monitor daily product storage conditions and warehouse environments to prevent stock damage and support shrinkage control efforts
• Assist in periodic spot audits of inbound and outbound processes to identify potential operational errors and maintain inventory data integrity
• Compile daily and weekly data reports on inventory accuracy, physical audit results, and quality assurance checks for the ICQA Manager
• Delay or flag inventory adjustment requests that lack official documentation, escalating them immediately to the supervisor
• Report any anomalies, potential storage hazards, or deviations from standard warehouse practices directly to the operational team
