Bottega Italiana Bali is seeking a friendly and energetic Waitress to join our dining team in Bali. The successful candidate will ensure guests feel welcomed, provide efficient service, and assist with menu recommendations in a fast-paced setting.

Must currently reside in Bali with at least 1 year in F&B, strong English communication, and a professional appearance. Shift work including weekends is required; interviews will be conducted in English. Duty meals provided; service charge applies.

Qualifications

• Must currently reside in Bali.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waitress/Server in F&B or hospitality.
• Good communication skills in English preferred for international guests.
• Friendly, polite, and customer-service oriented personality.
• Ability to work well under pressure during peak hours.
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Willing to work on a shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
• Interview will be conducted in English.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests to tables with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Present menus, answer questions about ingredients/allergies, make recommendations.
• Take orders accurately and relay to kitchen/bar.
• Serve orders timely and ensure dish quality.
• Process payments accurately with POS/MOKA system.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area and workstations.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and management for smooth operations.
• Handle customer complaints politely and seek swift solutions.
