Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Waitress role based at Analog Canggu in Bali, Indonesia. The Waitress team member will welcome guests, present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and friendly manner. Responsibilities include explaining menu items (including dietary details), managing table settings, processing payments, and ensuring a clean and organized dining area. The role also involves coordinating with the barista and bar teams, supporting smooth service during busy periods, and contributing to the energetic, music- and surf-oriented atmosphere. The successful candidate will uphold high standards of hospitality and represent the brand’s commitment to quality and customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Strong Customer Service skills, including guest interaction, problem-solving, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service, with familiarity serving specialty coffee, cocktails, and café-style dishes.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal communication in English and coordination with team members.
• Previous experience in a café, bar, or restaurant environment, preferably in high-volume or lifestyle-focused venues.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Strong sense of teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
• Interest in surf culture, music, or design is a plus.
