Job summary

LYD Bali Group is seeking an entry-level kitchen team member to support hot section operations at our Bali venues. The role involves assisting in ingredient prep, sauces, and hot dishes, while upholding hygiene and mise en place standards.

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, following instructions, collaborating with teammates, and learning culinary skills to contribute to world-class service across our venues in Bali.

Qualifications

• 1 year or less of experience in kitchen operations or hot section, preferably in hospitality or F&B.
• Basic understanding of hot kitchen preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling procedures.
• Familiar with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Able to prepare ingredients, sauces, hot dishes, and basic kitchen mise en place.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and follow kitchen instructions properly.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills within the kitchen team.
• Able to maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen area and equipment.
• Basic English communication skills preferred.
• Responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
