The role requires serving customers, explaining the menu, and maintaining a clean café environment within a team setting.

Applicants should be aged 18–25, presentable, and willing to work shifts including weekends. Previous F&B experience is an advantage; training and SOP adherence are important.

TaoCha is an artisan tea and coffee café with a healthy lifestyle concept, plant-based food, and family-friendly environment. We are seeking friendly, efficient, honest, disciplined, and responsible individuals to join the TaoCha team as a waiter/waitress.

Key responsibilities

Welcome customers in a friendly manner and provide good service

Explain the menu and help customers choose food and beverages

Record and deliver customer orders accurately

Ensure tables, chairs, and dining areas are always clean, neat, and comfortable

Clear tables after customers finish and prepare tables for the next customers

Maintain cleanliness of the entire café area, including floors, windows, kids corner, toilets, and other areas according to task assignments

Prepare the café before opening and clean after operations are complete

Help maintain the neatness of café equipment, supplies, and facilities

Collaborate with kitchen team, barista, and cashier to ensure smooth operations

Follow SOP, hygiene standards, and TaoCha work regulations

About you

Aged 18-25 years

Clean, neat, and polite appearance

Friendly, communicative, honest, disciplined, and responsible

Efficient, detail-oriented, have initiative, and able to work as a team

Willing to perform cleaning work and maintain café neatness as part of job responsibilities

Willing to work with shift system, including weekends and holidays according to schedule

Physically healthy and able to perform operational work requiring physical activity

Previous experience as a waitress or in F&B is an advantage

Willing to undergo training and comply with SOP and company regulations

Good work commitment and willing to work according to work agreement

Monthly salary according to agreement and company provisions
