The role requires serving customers, explaining the menu, and maintaining a clean café environment within a team setting.

Applicants should be aged 18–25, presentable, and willing to work shifts including weekends. Previous F&B experience is an advantage; training and SOP adherence are important.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in a friendly manner and provide good service.
• Explain the menu and help customers choose food and beverages.
• Record and deliver customer orders accurately.
• Ensure dining areas are clean, neat, and comfortable.
• Clear tables after customers finish and prepare tables for the next customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the café area including floors, toilets, and kids corner.
• Prepare the café before opening and clean after operations are complete.
• Help maintain café equipment, supplies, and facilities.
• Collaborate with kitchen, barista, and cashier for smooth operations.
• Follow SOP, hygiene standards, and TaoCha work regulations.
