Job summary

KISSA10, an Asian Fusion Bistro in Batu Bolong, Bali, seeks a passionate Senior Waiter to lead the service team and uphold high standards in a fast-paced setting.

You will supervise daily operations, ensure smooth service from open to close, and deliver personalized guest experiences while coordinating with Kitchen, Bar, and Floor teams. Must be able to lead, train, and maintain a positive, professional team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Waiter in a restaurant or similar hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards and guest handling.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to lead and support a service team.
• Professional and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the service team during daily operations.
• Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant service from opening to closing.
• Provide excellent and personalized service to guests.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Assist in training and guiding Waiters and new team members.
• Ensure service standards, SOPs, and hygiene standards are consistently followed.
• Coordinate effectively with the Kitchen, Bar, and Floor team.
• Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and overall dining area readiness.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented working environment.
