Job summary

PISON Group is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our Front of House team in Bali. You will provide excellent guest service, take orders accurately, and ensure a smooth dining experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, presenting menus, taking orders, serving, handling payments, and maintaining hygiene standards. English skills preferred and a professional appearance are required.

• Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and Front of House for timely service.
• Process guest bills and payments as required.
• Follow service standards, SOPs, hygiene, and food safety procedures.
• Assist with daily restaurant opening and closing duties.
• Support Front of House during busy periods.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival

Present menus, explain food and beverage options, and assist guests with recommendations when needed

Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar team

Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally according to company standards

Monitor guest needs throughout the dining experience and ensure excellent service

Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting to maintain smooth restaurant operations

Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally and promptly

Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and Front of House team to ensure timely and accurate service

Process guest bills and payments accurately when required

Follow company service standards, SOPs, hygiene, and food safety procedures

Assist with daily restaurant opening and closing duties

Support the Front of House team during busy service periods

Perform other operational duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar hospitality role is an advantage

Basic knowledge of restaurant service standards and Front of House operations

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance

Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
