PISON Group is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and service-oriented Bartender to join our Front of House team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining bar cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards

Prepare cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and other specialty beverages

Operate and maintain bar equipment properly and safely

Assist with daily bar setup, including preparing garnishes, ice, glassware, mixers, and beverage ingredients

Take beverage orders accurately and serve drinks promptly and professionally

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, equipment, and workstations

Replenish spirits, mixers, garnishes, ice, glassware, and other bar supplies as needed

Assist in monitoring stock levels and inform supervisors when supplies are running low

Ensure beverages are prepared and presented consistently according to company standards

Follow proper food, beverage, hygiene, responsible alcohol service, and safety standards at all times

Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Assist in handling guest requests and provide friendly and professional service

Support the Front of House team with other operational duties when required

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Bartender, Barista, Waiter/Waitress, or in a hospitality role is an advantage

Basic knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and bar service

Familiarity with basic bartending techniques and bar equipment

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Strong teamwork and time management skills

Ability to remain calm and attentive during busy service periods

Willingness to learn and follow company beverage, service, and safety standards
