Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, efficient service during the payment process.
• Process cash, card, digital payments and other transactions accurately.
• Prepare and present guest bills according to company standards.
• Verify prices, discounts, promotions and payment details before completing transactions.
• Maintain records of daily transactions and cashier activities.
• Balance cash drawer at end of shift and prepare daily cashier reports.
• Coordinate with service and management teams for smooth payment operations.
• Keep cashier counter clean and organized and follow SOPs.

PISON Group is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and service-oriented Cashier to join our Front of House team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for processing guest transactions accurately, providing excellent customer service, handling payments, and supporting smooth daily restaurant operations.

What You'll Be Doing

Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, professional, and efficient service during the payment process

Process cash, credit card, debit card, digital payments, and other transactions accurately

Prepare and present guest bills accurately according to company standards

Handle cash and payment transactions responsibly and securely

Verify prices, discounts, promotions, and payment details before completing transactions

Assist guests with billing inquiries and resolve payment-related concerns professionally

Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and cashier activities

Perform cash counting and ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the end of each shift

Prepare daily cashier reports and submit them according to company procedures

Coordinate with the service and management teams to ensure smooth payment operations

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter and surrounding area

Follow company SOPs, cash handling procedures, hygiene standards, and operational policies

Assist the Front of House team during busy service periods when required

Perform other operational duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Cashier, Waiter/Waitress, or in a similar hospitality or F&B role is an advantage

Basic knowledge of cashier operations and payment procedures

Familiarity with POS systems and digital payment methods

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance

Honest, responsible, and trustworthy when handling cash and payments

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Good teamwork and time management skills

Ability to remain calm and attentive during busy service periods

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
