Job summary

Midea Electronics Indonesia in Tangerang Selatan, Banten, is seeking a VRF Sales Manager to lead the VRF sales division within the dynamic local team. The role focuses on expanding the customer base, managing a team of sales professionals, and delivering revenue growth in the HVAC market.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years in VRF or commercial AC sales, an established local network, and strong project and channel sales capabilities.

About the role
Midea Electronics Indonesia is seeking a VRF Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team based in Tangerang Selatan, Banten. This is a full-time position where you will lead the Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) sales division, driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in the HVAC sector. As VRF Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales strategy, managing a team of sales professionals, and building strong relationships with key clients and partners. This role is strategically important to our business objectives and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

Develop VRF business in the assigned territory and achieve sales targets.

Develop local dealers, contractors, installers and project customers.

Drive competitor channel conversion and core partner development.

Develop commercial, hospitality, office, retail, residential and industrial projects.

Manage pipeline, sell-in, sell-out and payment collection.

What we're looking for

3+ years of VRF/commercial AC sales experience preferred.

Able to be permanently based in the assigned territory.
