Overview
We are seeking a talented Visual Merchandiser – In-Store Design to join our team at The Body Shop Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging retail displays that showcase our products and drive sales. Your keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail will be essential in this position.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement creative in-store visual concepts and guidelines across all store formats, ensuring layouts and displays align with brand identity and enhance customer experience.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and innovative merchandising techniques to enhance retail presentation and customer engagement.
- Collaborate across divisions to ensure strong teamwork and seamless execution.
- Present design mockups and concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- Monitor store performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve the customer experience.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure execution quality and brand consistency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in visual merchandising or in-store retail design, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing in-store design projects (layouts, window displays, fixtures, and visual storytelling inside retail spaces).
- Proficiency in design and visualization tools (Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, etc.).
- Fluent in English (spoken & written), with a good sense of copywriting for in-store communication.
- A creative, proactive, and collaborative team player who takes initiative.
