Job summary

CS Outsource is seeking an experienced Mortgage Virtual Assistant to support US-based mortgage brokers and loan officers remotely. You will handle loan files, collect borrower docs, manage appraisals, and liaise with underwriters and title companies to keep loans moving toward closing.

The role requires hands-on US mortgage processing knowledge and the ability to manage multiple files, follow up consistently, and communicate professionally in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Must have direct mortgage or lending experience in a US role (loan processor, broker assistant, loan officer assistant, or mortgage VA).
• Hands-on with US mortgage loan processing, borrower documentation, and closing procedures.
• Experience working directly with loan officers, underwriters, lenders, and title companies.
• Candidates with only general real estate or transaction coordination experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage loan files from submission through closing.

We’re looking for an experienced Mortgage Virtual Assistant to provide direct support to US-based mortgage brokers and loan officers.

This is NOT a general real estate transaction coordinator position. We are specifically looking for someone with hands-on experience in the US mortgage/lending industry who understands loan processing, underwriting conditions, borrower documentation, and the closing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage loan files from submission through closing
• Order, coordinate, and track appraisals
• Collect, review, and organize borrower documentation
• Follow up with borrowers regarding outstanding requirements

Required Experience — Non-Negotiable

Applicants must have direct mortgage or lending experience in a role such as:

• Loan Processor
• Mortgage Broker Assistant
• Loan Officer Assistant
• Mortgage Virtual Assistant

You should have hands-on experience with:

• US mortgage loan processing
• Borrower documentation and follow-up
• Mortgage terminology and closing procedures
• Working directly with loan officers, underwriters, lenders, and/or title companies

Candidates with only general real estate, transaction coordination, or real estate VA experience will not be considered.

Nice to Have

• Bilingual English/Spanish or another language
• Experience with mortgage CRM/LOS platforms such as Encompass, Calyx, Arive and GoHighLevel
• Cold calling and lead generation experience
• Borrower communication and follow-up experience
• Basic marketing or social media experience
