You will manage VIP relationships, act as the primary contact for VIP inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences. A data-driven, strategic mindset and fintech industry experience are highly valued.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.
• Experience in VIP relationship management or account management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven with analytical abilities.
• Experience in fintech/financial services, trading or crypto a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP client needs and inquiries.
• Develop personalized engagement and retention strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Analyze customer behavior and identify opportunities to grow the VIP business.
