Job summary

Mobee is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure excellent customer experiences by assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues promptly. You will work alongside the compliance team to process customer data and support fund withdrawals, ensuring clear communication and efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries through WhatsApp and Live Chat, reviewing KYC information for accuracy and compliance, and producing daily activity reports.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under time pressure, especially for KYC reviews.
• Experience with customer-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via WhatsApp, Live Chat, and other channels to resolve inquiries promptly.
• Review and process manual KYC information to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Create and submit daily reports with customer interactions for internal tracking.
• Collaborate with compliance, tech, and data teams to obtain required information.
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
