Job summary

Mobee seeks a head of compliance to oversee all compliance activities, drive licensing with regulators, monitor regulatory changes, and build a strong compliance team. You will ensure timely reporting and regulatory adherence across the business.

The role requires deep knowledge of financial regulations, effective communication with regulators, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives to safeguard business continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law is required.
• 2+ years of experience in compliance/risk management/audit in fintech or financial institutions, or as a legal counsel in a law firm.
• Extensive interfacing with financial regulators (Bappebti, OJK, etc.) for regular reporting and new product licensing.
• Solid knowledge of regulations for at least 2 financial products (stock market, multifinance, commodity futures, crypto, etc).
• Meticulous, with sharp analytical skills.
• Strong presentation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive key projects related to new licensing with Bappebti, Dukcapil, OJK, or other regulators.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and interpret impact on the business.
• Liaise with stakeholders to drive changes to comply with laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement compliance monitoring programs including AML-CFT (APU-PPT) and KYC data quality.
• Lead internal investigations of compliance issues.
• Provide regular regulator reports and updates to senior management.
• Train employees on compliance guidelines and conduct regular policy assessments.
