Job summary

MOVA is looking for a Growth Strategic to drive business growth by developing data-driven strategies that improve user acquisition, activation, retention, and GMV. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, optimize campaigns and customer journeys, and translate data and market insights into actionable growth initiatives that boost Member Paid, transactions, and GMV.

• Proficient with analytics tools and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase user acquisition, activation, retention, and GMV.
• Analyze user, transaction, and behavior data to identify opportunities.
• Design and optimize campaigns, referral programs, loyalty programs, and incentives.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, CRM, and business teams.
• Monitor KPIs: GMV, CAC, LTV, CR, and retention; conduct A/B tests.
