The Luxury Collection, Jimbaran, Bali, seeks a dedicated Butler/Guest Relations professional to provide personalized service and anticipate guest needs, coordinating VIP arrivals and ensuring seamless collaboration with the front desk.

You will have 1-2 years of luxury hospitality experience, a hospitality degree, and proficiency with Opera PMS, delivering exceptional guest experiences at our 64-key resort opening in 2027.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Butler, Guest Relations Officer, Front Office Agent, or similar in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Previous experience in an international 5-star luxury brand is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of luxury guest service standards and personalized guest experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalized service and attention to guest needs, coordinating with front desk and other departments.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals, escort guests to rooms, and ensure room readiness and preferences are met.
• Be present at check-in to anticipate guest needs and communicate preferences to hotel operations.
• Prepare pre-arrival notes and follow up on guest requests with relevant departments.
• Report accidents or unsafe conditions to management and maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.
