Job summary

The Luxury Collection resort in Jimbaran, Bali is seeking a dedicated Rooms & Guest Services professional. You will process guest check-ins and check-outs, verify identities and payments, and ensure accurate room assignments and billing.

You’ll maintain guest profiles, assist with rewards data, and support daily financial closing. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in luxury front desk, concierge, or guest relations roles, and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Butler Services, Front Office, Guest Relations, Concierge, or similar guest-facing role in a luxury hotel/resort.
• Experience in an international luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of luxury guest service standards and personalized guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins/outs, verify identity and payment, assign rooms and issue keys.
• Maintain guest profiles, enter Marriott Rewards data, and ensure accurate billing.
• Prepare daily reports, cash handling, and end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Assist training, coaching, and support of team members; uphold Do Not Disturb and service standards.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs; coordinate with departments for special requests.
