Job summary

Ingersoll Rand Compressor Systems & Services is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive growth in Vietnam. You will develop business, manage channels, and identify project opportunities within manufacturing and mining sectors, while building relationships with clients and partners.

The ideal candidate has an engineering background, strong English and Vietnamese, proven sales and BD experience, and proficiency with CRM tools to track opportunities and forecast revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven sales and business development experience in industrial tools/equipment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and mining sectors in Vietnam.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through lead generation, negotiation and closure.
• Develop new business opportunities and build client relationships.
