Tentang Anak is seeking a true business leader to own a single consumer vertical (Nutrition, Skincare, or IP content) in Indonesia. You will take full end-to-end responsibility for revenue, profit, product portfolio, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.

You will drive cross-functional execution with Brand, Ops, Product Development, and Finance, reporting to the leadership team, and you will be expected to build repeatable playbooks and scalable processes.

Formación

• Experience owning P&L and driving growth for a vertical.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across Brand, Ops, Product, and Finance.
• Strong commercial sense with pricing and lifecycle planning.

Responsabilidades

• Own vertical P&L, revenue, and margins.
• Define SKU portfolio strategy and lifecycle.
• Set pricing and value proposition balancing affordability and quality.
• Coordinate channel execution with Sales and Growth.
• Drive retention and consumer loyalty with CX feedback.
• Lead cross-functional prioritization and quarterly planning.
