About The Job

As an Affiliate Lead, you will develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for Tentang Anak in online marketplace. The candidate will recruit potential affiliates, manage relationships with existing affiliates, and optimize performance through data analysis and strategic planning.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to meet acquisition and revenue targets
• Identify and recruit new affiliate partners through research and persona analysis align with Tentang Anak requirements.
• Analyze affiliate performance data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI
• Monitor affiliate compliance with program terms and conditions and take appropriate action when necessary
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates, providing support, resources, and incentives to drive performance
• Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on affiliate program performance
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and best practices in affiliate marketing

Requirements

• Proven 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably having a managerial or leadership role
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and familiarity with the affiliates industry
• Experience working in a hyper-growth company, managing affiliates in an online marketplace
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics and other analytics platform)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environme
